Working with Mr. and Mrs. Tibbs was amazing. They went above and beyond for my family during the lost of my beautiful sister. On our visit to make arrangements for my sister they were so comforting and showed the best hospitality. Once we decided to do a slide show we realized we didn't have a lot of time to arrange this on our own. They offered to present the slide show for my family and also surprised us with special effects to some of her pictures. They answered phone call and emails after business hours which we truly appreciated because the funeral arrangements were made in three days. We knew that everything had to be done quickly, but we could not bare to deal with her loss any longer. They did an excellent job we could not have asked for anything better. The family of the late James Lewis, Jr. cannot say enough how pleased we were with services provided by the Tibbs Funeral Home and Cremation in the transition of our loved one to eternal rest. Mrs. Tibbs consistently ensured that all details were addressed and our wishes implemented. She was thoroughly professional and quickly responded to our needs in a very kind and gentle manner. Mr. and Mrs. Tibbs of Tibbs Funeral Home and Cremation, were AMAZING to work with when my mother in law, Pauline M. Greene passed away in early August 2017. Kienta, Jeffery and their staff are very professional and made the process of planning my mother in law's services a little easier. Kienta was very helpful and spent a lot of time with my father in law, James, my sister in law, Karen, my husband, Dewayne and myself during the process of planning the services. Unfortunately, I have had to plan both of my parents services so I was familiar with what needed to be done to plan a funeral. Kienta was always available to answer any questions or just to talk. A couple of times when I called her because I wanted to discuss something or a change, she would listen. During one of our conversations before I finished what I was going to say, she knew what I was going to say before I finished my sentence, was already "on it" and the matter at hand was taken care of, immediately. Kienta and I have formed a wonderful friendship. She and Jeff have become close to our family and are a Blessing. Culpeper is fortunate to have Kienta and Jeff along with Tibbs Funeral Home, in our community. Kienta and Jeff are wonderful, caring, loving individuals as well as AMAZING parents. I have recommended Tibbs Funeral Home & Cremation to others and shared our experience with them. I had several people that attended my mother in law's service voiced what a wonderful job the funeral home did as well as how professional everyone was.
